In the middle of a claim now. Company not willing to work for me and makes me feel not protected at all. Days will turn into weeks with no follow up to your claim. Very disappointed. If it gets “hard” for them they will give up. Hard pill to swallow when you’re getting bullied by the big guys and can do nothing about it. Why have insurance?2 stars because they did have the adjuster show up to me house initially. Only bright spot.
