Recently built a computer but could not get it to post. Took it in and Neville did an excellent job listening to my issue. Asked pertinent follow up questions and when I left my computer there I felt confident they were going to take care of my computer and get it up and running. Computer was ready and good to go in less than a week and the cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is having computer issues!

Restored a 2010 Acer to perfect working condition within a few days and at a very reasonable cost. Neville is a great pleasure to work with as he is reliable and efficient. They have previously restored an older 2007 gaming Acer and it also still works beautifully. Nothing but praise for this business.

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. Service was terrible. They ordered the wrong parts and misdiagnosed my problem, leading to the laptop being under repair" for over a month when it was supposed to be 2 days. I am using scare quotes there because they did not
