Europa Concrete & Interlocking

I had Europa install an exposed concrete driveway with stamped concrete edging. They also did an exposed concrete patio in my backyard. These guys are experts!Chris, the salesperson, was very friendly and listened to my ideas, but also gave some great advice on what he suggested would look good. I got 3 other quotes, but Chris's positive attitude and affordable price convinced me to go with Europa. Chris gave me an estimated start date, but like every good contractor, there were delays out of their control. Once they started the job, I was impressed to see that Chris is actually part of the work crew, re-assuring me that his hands-on experience gave some validity to his salesmanship.Mario, the owner, works along with his employees, and it is quite evident that he has passed on his many years of experience. All the crew worked very efficiently, using new equipment to get a quality job done. Europa was recommended to me by a friend. I called it in the fall of 2021 to set up quote, so I could get work to start as early as possible in 2022. When I called, the person who answered suggested calling back in February 2022. I called in mid-February and left a message but no one called me back. I called again in February, March and in April, a total of 8 calls, and I never received a return call. Obviously, I changed my mind regarding Europa and I moved in another direction.What concerns me is if Europa is this lax in returning calls for a quote where it can make money what would it be like for a customer who has an issue with their work.Beware!!
