Absolutely disgusting, I ordered the teriyaki bowl and added chicken, it was inedible. The chicken was some weird ground stuff, it looked like dog food. The carrots were mushy, the overall bowl had no taste. I took one bite and tossed it out, it’s as if the ingredients have been sitting out all day. I have been going to freshii for years, I’ve been to different locations in the GTA and this was my first bad experience. I contacted their customer service who forwarded my complaint to the restaurant. This happened on Friday February 25th, 2022 and I have yet to hear from them. Avoid this location.

‼️Ordered a kale cesaer salad. Fresh kale but something in that salad was rotten. Didn’t realize until it was too late to return it. Could not consume. Plus I don’t know if the server was out of Greek sauce but there was almost none in the salad. Love Freshii but will not be purchasing from this location. This is my 2nd disappointment with this branch. Didn’t post my review the first time but had to post this one because of the rotting veggies.

SO GROSS. When you are looking to order something healthy like a salad and add chicken on top, you do not expect to receive something that looks more like cat food and tastes even worse. Will never order from here again. Would give zero stars if I could.

We ordered 4 custom bowls, but the broccoli is so soft and it’s stale.. when we opened the lid, it smells bad.. for sure the some ingredients wasn’t fresh..

I have had much better and fresh food at other Freshii locations. The Pangoa Bowl here at the Main St Markham is okay, but the avocado is STALE to the point that it affects the taste of the entire meal. The avocado seems to be left sitting in a lemon mixed liquid for such a long time that even the texture and the color of the avocado changes, let alone the taste. This location needs to do a lot better and serve Fresh avocado. Don't try to save Pennies on avocadoes when you could lose Dollars on customers/sales.

Been to many freshii locations but this one in Main St. serve small portions. We’ve been in this location TWICE and never coming back. We always get the Pangoa Bowls with additional protein. But they always give so little amount of the meat and toppings. I think they should re-train their staff so they can give the proper amount of portions to the customers. Not worth your money. Find a different location.

Not sure about the negative reviews left by others, but I've been here twice now and service was friendly. I had the oaxaca bowl with chicken and everything was fresh and very tasty. No stale avocado. Chicken portion was adequate, and the spicy noodle soup was freshly made and very tasty.

Ok. I’ve been to many freshii’s before and this is definitely the worst. I’ve given it three tries to make sure that it’s wasn’t just a bad day. The first two times I’ve order my favourite, bamboo bowl. Both times the portions were 1/2 size of any other freshii’s, the sauce was watered down and the veggies were not fresh at all. Today, I’ve given it another go and ordered satay bowl. It was fisgusting. The noodles were so over cooked that it disintegrated into a mush. Again portion was 1/2 size of any other freshii’s. The veggies were once again not fresh. It’s very disappointing and I will not be going back there again.

I got the To Good To Go Deal at the end of the day and it wasn't worth it, just a regular fiesta salad.Very disappointed, never again.
