Purchased two phones with new plans during Black Friday madness. Eric stayed late to help the many customers in the store and gave me a great deal. He and his associate were helpful and knowledgeable when we went later to pickup. I would highly recommend them!

I went there with my sister today to buy an iPhone. Tim who helped us with the right plan was so so nice and friendly. I will definitely go there again and hope to see him. He offered such a great customer service that we both felt very welcome and found the right phone. We need more people like Tim. Just let him know what you need, he will take care of the rest.

Representative was insightful, helpful, and humorous. I would say they had a job well done, now me and my wife have new phones. Let's face it, the past 2 years have changed everything, phone companies are no exception. While we can't pick and choose what features go into most phones nowadays, the mobile shop empathizes with your frustrations on these new regulations and will know what's best for your uses.

Purchased a phone from Mobile shop this past weekend and customer service was top notch. Tim, who served me was very knowledgeable and helpful. At the time of my purchase there was no promotion but Tim told me to check website and to my surprise a new promotion started and I was given 200,000 PC Optimum points. Would highly recommend The Mobile Shop!!!

Excellent service from this team. Very attentive to details, excellent communications and super follow up service. We dealt mainly with Kamo for multiple devices. He was very patient and helpful in finding and explaining the deals that were available with different carriers and also the PC points that were offered. He would proactively keep us up to date on options as they became available. Very helpful at saving us money and getting us what we wanted. It was an outstanding experience - I highly recommend this shop.
