I ordered Appliance Dolly at this branch and I was sure about it. The seller first says that it's utility dolly in the reservation and put the blame on me. Also, said they don't have it even if was appliance dolly. Then I had to go to another branch at Dougal St. to get appliance dolly where they confirmed that it was appliance dolly in the reservation! The new branch gave me one for free to remedy the situation but I had to return it to them. So, I had to return the dolly to Dougal branch and the uhaul to this location. The seller of this location wanted to charge extra hours although it was less than 24 hours! When I explained, he removed the extra hours but didn't accept his mistake (lie to me about my order), didn't waive the extra milage, and didn't apologize for the inconvinience made for me during the moving which was already stressful for me.I would give 5 stars to Dougal branch for their great help but 0 star to this branch.

Nice and clean place. Staff is very helpful. UHaul within the Esso gas station makes it very easy to fill the gas before returning the truck.

Very convenient location to pick/drop-off the uhaul vehicle. Moreover within the gas station. Very friendly staff.

Scammers trying to get you to pay cash for 4x the price of the uhaul rental. Go the extra distance to the actual uhaul dealership and you’ll likely spend way less.
