Van Dolder's Kitchen and Bath – The Home Team

Bob Vandolder and his crew put soft door closures on all cupboards and drawers at our cottage, and installed a new Blanco white stone sink and faucet, and roll-out cupboards to our Aya kitchen. He did a wonderful job and we are very thankful.

We ordered patio doors (special order), paid over 3000.00 and received the wrong doors - took them due to fact they were made for exact opening and they were acceptable. Have had them for 4yrs. and the one door is completely rusted through at bottom corner and around window - this is on the inside if you can imagine, no water, no moisture - complete garbage product. I'm not sure what I paid for... might as well have put in cardboard - now we have to replace both doors again simply because they are unusual size and must be special ordered. I DO NOT recommend Van Dolders - their product is literally garbage and customer service sorely lacking.I would post pictures but have no place to post them on this site.

Van Dolder's remodeled my small bathroom. I am really happy with the outcome. Derek was a great guide through the process and let me know when his crew was coming or if there was a delay and re-booking. All done to accommodate each of our schedules. The presence of Van Doler's crews in my home was so easy. They were great people, friendly, engaging and asking my opinion through out the whole process. The crews cleaned up after themselves. It was a minimal muss no fuss process. Many Thanks to a Great Team.

Van Dolder's designed and installed our new ensuite bathroom.The design process was very thorough and the execution of the project was excellent. The thoughtful design touches enhanced the results. We previously used this company for windows with a positive experience. Unfortunately, in attempting to arrange a quotation for a bathroom renovation I interacted with a staff member who was quite rude and unpleasant to the point I needed to terminate the call.

My wife and I retired to our cottage, and we wanted to convert it from a cottage to our home.We went to VanDolders interior store to see what they had to offer, Danielle helped us in picking out an amazing kitchen, Danielle also helped us with finding a fabulous bathroom vanity, we then picked out new flooring.My wife and I decided on a date for the work to begin.Derek and Matthew arrived on the date we chose and began the demo stage of our project, everything flowed with perfection.The flooring team were very professional and friendly people, the quality of their work was absolute perfection.The kitchen and bathroom cabinet installers a father and son duo were awesome to deal with, they were professional and friendly, they really cared about the quality of their work.The gentleman who installed the backsplash was also top notch, he did an amazing job.The electrician did an amazing job setting up the lightning .The counter tops look incredible.We had a complete kitchen overhaul, bathroom overhaul and new flooring throughout the main floor, the entire project start to finish took less than one month, we had zero problems, each stage the contractors were awesome, we felt like we made alot of new friends.When the project was completed we were more than pleased with how it turned out. We have received many compliments .Overall I would definitely recommend VanDolders to anyone who wants a professional job done.We were so pleased that we booked VanDolders exterior store to do stone work on the exterior of our home for mid March.Don & Diane Thorne

We did have some challenges in the beginning but the takeaway here is that Van Dolder stood behind their product and in the end made it right for us. Thank you Derek and staff.

The people at Vandolders Kitchen and Bath were amazing! From Danielle in the show room to Matt in Scheduling and all the installation guys, especially Mario! They troubleshot my ceiling with its cracks and all and turned it into a stunning feature! We bought a Canadian made Oceania shower from Van Dolder's Kitchen and Bath about 3 years agoWe notice a crack in the base so I contacted Derek Van DolderDerek told me that Oceania stands behind there products.Tom and Dennis from Van Dolder's came removed and installed a new shower.They did a professional job ,I highly recommend themI believe in buying local and Canadian products when you can
