Michelle is amazing!! She is super nice and professional. She is very flexible and understanding of my schedule and works very well to accommodate me. I've only been to 3/6 sessions from a Groupon I purchased, and honestly, I really do recommend laser removal to my friends. I am currently doing treatment for a medium area and Michelle's prices are beyond reasonable, and her overall experience is great. Would highly recommend Michelle and her services to anyone I can.

Michelle always overbooks. Most of my appointments she was either late or not coming at all. She doesn't answer her phone or her text messages. I have been locked out too many times. When you can actually get ahold of her, she says she is just around the corner, but it takes her half an hour or more to show up. If you value your time, don't go there, as for sure she does not value you or your time. She is so disorganized, I don't believe she is still in business.

My experience at Michelle's shop has been wonderful. She is a true professional. Punctual, high quality service at a great price. Strongly recommend this establishment. Keep up the great work Michelle. :)

I wouldn't recommend this place. Michelle is a nice person, however she is unprofessional. It's hard to reach her, and I have to contact her 2 or 3 times before she responds. When she does respond, there is a long delay between responses. I have showed up on time to my appointments multiple times only to be locked out because she is not there yet. This is pretty upsetting in the winter when it is very cold out and I have to wait outside. When she is there, there are at least 3 or 4 people waiting for her because she forgets about your appointment, double books, or doesn't book enough time for each client. I have to wait at least 30 minutes, up to an hour and a half for every appointment.

I have had great results with Michelle! She is very professional and I have been extremely impressed with my results compared to other laser salons. I have suggested Michelle's services to many of my friends and will continue to go to her in the future!

Michelle is very professional and experienced. She is really easy to talk to, answered any questions I had, and always made sure I was comfortable. She was very accommodating with my schedule. She was also extremely thorough and passes over parts more than once to make sure they're all treated well. I've been seeing great results for my laser treatment! Michelle did a marvellous job and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Best place for hair removal. Michelle is so amazing and accommodating.. Her customer service is the best and he treatment is working for me... After 3 sittings i can see the results.... I have spent lot of money before at different places but no result.... I recommend this clinic to everyone and not to mention that prices and really attractive and pocket friendly

Like many others below I had scheduling issue. Michelle is very nice and sweet but disorganized. I'm not easy when it comes to my work schedule but she made it sound like it will be no problem before I signed up. Once I finished my first 6 sessions bought 6 more (even though I didn't see the results I was expecting. Yes I am fully aware of laser works differently for everyone). In my second session of the second round she questiond my payment. I confirmed my full payment but then all of a sudden I couldn't get a hold of her. She eventually (about two months later) reached out but it was too late for me. You might think you are getting a better price then everywhere else but if you don't get all the sessions you are not ahead anyway and you deal with aggravation. Do your research and don't pay cash.

SO HAPPY!! I have been to three other laser clinics and have tried three other laser machines. I have never seen results as quick as this place. All in all, this center has the best laser machine and Michelle is so amazing at making sure she has zapped away those stubborn hairs. I had dark shadows under my under pits from the course dark hairs. After one session I could see an extreme difference. I am now having treatment on my legs and the results are just as amazing! Thank you Michelle your awesome!

Michelle is the business owner, no employees. It is difficult to get appointments with her because she doesn’t answer her phone or text messages. She also has not shown up for booked appointments -twice with my husband and once with me. I waited 40 minutes for her to show up for our appointment. She didn’t even have the decency to let me know she wasn’t coming. She owes me 3/6 laser sessions for 2 small areas - which was prepaid. So needless to say I lost money. I don’t recommend her. I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau. This is not how to run a business. Buyer beware!
