Summerside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Brought my vehicle in. Told them exactly what was going on. Got a call to say they couldn't see what I was talking about. Lights dimming then getting brighter. Sensor lights coming on. Stalling. Difficult to start. I said I would pick it up and show them after I drive it for twenty minutes it starts that. So of corse they said needed brakes. Bearing. Battery post. Said why don't you fix the bearing. The brakes. The battery post. Then that will most likely fix the problem. As the bearing has something to do with that? Of corse they had no loners. Really busy. Bla bla bla. So waited hours after they said it would take. Get a call end of day to say fixed! Except one problem. Can't start. Sensor lights coming on????? Need an alternator. I asked why. How do you know. Because the service guy couldn't start it!! So what the hell was I telling you this morning. But I'm just a female voice. My child could of told them it was the alternator. They said diagnostic didn't indicate it!! Phhh NIETHER did your service person. Until you fixed other things. Get a new diagnostic machine then. Very condescending. What do you want us to do. Do you want it fixed or not. Yes Errol I do. Why I brought it in. Still not fixed!! Did the same think you my daughter with a 2018 Pacifica. Said it was this. Had no part. Took it to her mechanic in Ontario and it wasn't the problem. Think the problem is your mechanics. Wonder if my husband would of had same outcome. Oh when I asked for vehicle back. They said they needed to boost it. Ok. Do that then. Low and behold again get a call and now they have a loner. Very shady. Will never use again.

Bought my jeep from here 3 years ago when I got it the soft top was all broke up called several times buddy said he had the parts ordered never did hear back very poor service

I wouldn't send ny worst enemy to shop here. My Trucks 6 months old. Has been in for warranty work 4 times. Taking 2 or 3 days each time. While they act as if they're doing you a favor. Fixing their broken stuff.

Shoutout for Cathyanne who managed to get our Jeep in on short notice for a much needed oil change and tire rotation. Being at the mid-point of a cross country journey it’s service like this that keeps the world moving!

We recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from Summerside Chrysler Dodge and our experience was incredible! Melanie was our salesperson and she went above and beyond to explain everything and made sure the truck was in tip top shape! She even went as far as to include a trailer brake system, as we said we were buying to haul our camper. On top of that, she sat outside with my children while I went inside to deal with paperwork, offered us ice cream (every time we went in), offered me her personal vehicle to use while they installed the trailer brake and offered to do an alignment (free of charge). We always dealt with Toyota (and have had great experience there as well), but NOTHING like our experience with Melanie and Dodge! I cannot say enough good about her!

Not one but two terrible experiences, both with the same person. Caution: do not EVER book enterprise through here. And even better, don't do business at this dealership, they have very rude staff. First experience was, I booked a car rental and showed up when they opened, I had a long road trip ahead. They took 45 mins before they would talk to me, the woman opening was rude about it too like I was a huge inconvenience for her. Finally got the car after an hour.Second bad experience, we book a car online through enterprise. We show up, they don't have the car we booked. They just didn't have it. It was the same rude lady I dealt with before, and she was even more rude this time around. No apologies, she couldn't care less. She offered a truck instead. We said no, we booked a car for a reason, we don't want a truck. She said well that's all we have. Absolutely terrible service. We had to go to car star instead, they got us a car for a great price.

Stay away. They're as crooked as they get here. They will lie to your face and scam you out of everything you have.
