Dr Szilvassy is an amazing Dr. He doesn't rush, he finds the best tests and meds for the patient as we are all different. I don't mind if it takes longer to see him as he spends as much time as necessary to figure out what is the best for his patient.

The staff are always well mannered. Dr Szilvassy is very thorough, asks and remembers details from last visit. Good bedside manner and answers questions I asked with detail. Never had a problem.

Receptionist are very ignorant and not helpful whatsoever answer their phones with attitude right off the bat. Highly recommend using a different doctor office I’ll be switching ASAP.

Over charges for drivers medicals, secretary doesn't send in requisitions and has terrible attitude. I've been going here for years and have finally had enough.

24years later he is the best doctor around...i travel from over 30km away to keep seeing him. he is kind, helpful and understanding....not a long wait either, it's refreshing...love the Doc

Receptionists are extremely rude and will blatantly lie to you just to get you out of their hair for the weekend.Was told I had a message waiting for me and would get a call back. Never did. Phoned back, voicemail.Phone back two days later, no such message ever existed lmao.Practically had to beg to get the results of an ultrasound, which were redundant since the injury was worsened in the months I was ignored.When I brought up my concerns I was told then why are you calling?"I don't understand how people can be so cruel and uncaring."

Worst doctors office ever. The doctor himself is negligent and never believes his patients are in real pain. Not to mention his reception staff is horrible. They yell at and hang up on patients. They never answer the phone so good luck getting an appointment.

This office has awful service, they don’t care about the well being of their patients and have terrible attitudes about over the phone. It takes a very long time to hear back from the office and they have proven to be unreliable. As for the doctor, he does not listen to patients and only offers quick fixes with no regard for real solutions.
