Worst customer service ever. Unlike any of the costco i been to. They decided that they need to be unique and make people wait in line for a refund out in the cold with people lining up to go in to make purchase. All the other costco i been to since pandemic has two separate lines one for refund and one to go in. Under staff, and rude. They blatantly said i need to wait in line outside cause they feel i will ninja in to buy stuff. Like who the hell carry 2 giant chandelier to pretend refund and ninja in to buy stuff. Lack common sense much.

The lady name Rajee working at prescription drop off , keep scrolling up my prescription eye drop today. She does not seem to know what she is doing. Not properly trained. I’ve waiting for more than one hour at the counter after I gave her my prescription. Then keep telling me different stories. Very frustrated! Very poor experience!

I came here 3 days ago to pick up prescription. Was told that I need to come back on Tuesday as it was too early to pick up. So I came back on Tuesday and was told that it wouldn't be ready to be picked up until the next day (Wednesday). I don't understand why the first staff gave misleading information. Ended up waiting for 20 mins for the prescription to be filled (initially they told me it would be ready within 15 mins, but of course when I showed up, they said they weren't ready).

I got my prescription done in less than an hour. That's something to celebrate, compared to most other times when I went back 15 minutes after the time printed on the yellow pick-up sheet, lined up for another 10 minutes and they could locate 1 of the 3 items I had to pick up. Sorry for the inconvenience sounded like the most frequently used phrase here. But dispensing fees are at least not higher then the minimum hourly wage in Ontario like that other big chain that got acquired by that even bigger grocery chain, eh!

Had an unpleasant experience at the Costco pharmacy at Yorktech. Unclear instructions, long wait times, poor service. The pharmacist that explains how to use the prescription drugs is very nice. However, the pharm/pharm tech that is at the prescription drop-off window is very rude, cold, and unprofessional. I had arrived because they called to tell me my prescription was ready"

Worst experience of all the Costco Pharmacies I’ve been to. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Staff at the Rx. drop off doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and what services pharmacy should be providing. 4 staffs handling just 2 simple Rxs and everyone tells different stories. Waited an hour till closing time when there wasnt even a line anymore. Drugs came without any auxiliary labels they supposed to have which is technically illegal.

Have been waiting here for more than 90 minutes and still need to wait more for my prescription to be verified. The very long waiting time is just ridiculous!
