I attended my first cooking class with Sachin of Namaste Cooking. I have experienced Sachin's Ayurvedic massages prior, which were wonderful too.The class I took was Cooking For Digestion. Sachin has a wealth of knowledge about herbs, what herbs you can get in Alberta, Ayurvedic for health benefits. He provided a handout and he made 3 taste meals and a herb tea to try out. MMMM very delicious. I feel so empowered by the knowledge he shared. I will definitely be changing how I start my day to who I eat my food and what spices to use to keep my gut bacteria balanced.

I attended one of Sachin's classes last night and couldn't recommend it more! He's so knowledgeable but made the class engaging, relaxed and fun. The food was delicious and I left feeling more confident how to incorporate ayurvedic spices into my cooking, would recommend his classes to anyone who wanted to gain a deeper insight into Ayurveda or if you're just looking for an interesting evening out!Thanks again, Sachin!

I attended a couple of cooking classes held by Sachin, at Namaste Cooking. His knowledge of the healing powers of ayurvedic herbs is impressive and his cooking is superb not mention tasty. My stomach is very sensitive to spices but didn't have any issues eating the dishes cooked with Sachin's instructions. Highly recommended.

We did an online cooking class with Sachin and I could not have asked for more. We learned a ton, laughed a ton and had the best meal we have had in ages. I cannot recommend this enough. It is a must take cooking class that will teach you more than any other cooking class I have ever taken.
