Green Diamond Equipment - Upper Onslow, NS

Went in ready to buy a lawn tractor. Had a couple of questions for the first salesman who approached me. He seemed pretty uninterested in me. I suspect it was because I was giving the impression I wasn’t ready to buy yet. I like to do that to see who wants my business. He did not. I was annoyed and left. After making a few more inquires around town I quickly realized this was the only place that offered a product/price that worked for me. I didn’t have the time to shop around in other towns so I just called and placed my order over the phone. The gentlemen on the phone (different than the salesman on the floor) was pleasant to deal with. Probably because he answered the phone to someone saying “order this for me”. Either way, I’ll be hesitant to return in the future. I can’t give 3.5 stars so I’ll be generous and round up to 4.

I enjoy operating John Deere Equipment and would be really happy to see improvement on the service that Green Diamond offers. Poor service is what makes a three star review. Though I’ve had days where it could have been a five star review.Edit:Great news! Ben, the service manager gave me a call and he did his best to offer me better service. Talk to Ben if you need help at the service department.

Went here for kids day my son had loads of fun and I'm very happy that the company was able to provide this for all the kids free of charge other companies should follow in their footsteps

Been here a few times for various reasons. Customer service has been mostly good here and staff seems fairly knowledgeable and attentive.All in all decent place to deal with. I would also confidently recommend them to others.

Went to the Truro/Onslow dealership to help with a mixup that happened in the Halifax dealership - the service was excellent. It was only a small amount of money but they went above and beyond to help us out. Special thanks to Shea Cochrane who dealt with it immediately. I'd certainly recommend any dealings with this company.

Updateing my review.It took a while to get ahold of the service manager. But once we did catch him, he made everything right and gave me a full refund.If they were another buisness, they might not have done us such a good service.Therefore I forgive this buisness and give 3 stars. Would give 5 if not for the wait.Thanks guys.
