Excellent place providing quality healthcare. Prompt and responsive service delivery, friendly and professional staff and a very good Doctor (Dr. Malik). I and my family would recommend Aries Medical Centre over and again..

Started going here 3 months ago and I must say that the receptionist/admin is always very prompt in calling us to remind us of appointments, or also proactively schedules appointments for us for tests that we need. They're all very nice and accommodating in the clinic. There was just a time where we got rescheduled 3 times because of the constant change of the doctor's sched. I suggest just not to book on Friday afternoons, or at the end of the week. Other than that, it's been a very pleasant experience so far!

Doctor Malik is very good and professional. He has a very pleasant personality and listens to my health concerns very carefully and treats me with compassion. I wish our family would have consulted this kind doctor when we immigrated to Canada almost 20 years back.

Dr Malik is a good doctor, but it is a challenge to get an appointment. We have been going to him since 2021, previously it is was easier, now its a challenge. The receptionist put the call on hold a lot too.

This doctors office doesn’t have their voicemail setup. I can almost never get through the line and can’t even leave a message. When I did get through I was put on hold for 30 minutes and I ended up hanging up. Had to try again and again. When I finally spoke to reception I arranged a phone appointment for the next morning. No one called me and when I called them they said the doctor is too busy and they will tell them about the missed appointment. They never have called us back. My son has been sick and we really wanted to speak to our doctor. We just switched here last year hoping for a good experience. The doctors have been good, but this reception situation is likely going to have us looking elsewhere again. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

It’s located on the 3rd floor and masks are mandatory as of Aug 2022. So don’t forget to wear your mask and they don’t provide any masks. Dr. Malik was very professional, knowledgeable and spends enough time to understand. They are accepting new patients. Although our experience was good but we had to wait 1hour although we had taken a prior appointment.

My doctor of over 20 years retired so I had to find a new family doctor so after a lot of searching I found Dr Malik and Dr Teelucksingh at Aries Medical Centre. I have now been a patient for over a year and I've very happy with both doctors. The staff are friendly and location is great. You can get blood work, X-rays etc all in the same building which is a bonus.

The last few times I’ve had appointments or needed to contact them have been less than a good experience. I waited 40 minutes for my last video apt and when no one called, I called them and was told …oh, the doctor went home. They also told me I only needed refills so it wasn’t important, but I actually needed to be seen for a medical issue. The front desk staff don’t listen, they speak over you without listening to your questions, and overall are just rude and make you feel like you’re a bother and unimportant. I work in health care so I know the stressful environment, but it’s no reason to treat your patients like they don’t matter.

Very friendly staff that make u feel welcome. Doctors are compassionate and have amazing bedside manner. They make me feel safe and comfortable when dealing with my concerns and health matters. I definitely reccomend this doctor's office to those seeking doctor's that actually care about you..

I have been coming to this clinic and Dr. Malik for a few years now. Dr Malik has been very patient with me and my conditions and never makes me feel rushed. I feel that he listens and attends to all my concerns and always makes me feel welcome. He takes the necessary steps to help and gets the appropriate specialists involved when necessary. I have never experienced waiting times more than 15-30 minutes in person and his staff is always attentive. I can go on but will just say that I am very grateful for his service.
