Always a Terrible experience as it Always takes over 10 minutes to get your food. And today it took over 3 minutes just to say my online order is here. And it was cold… This is absolutely ridiculous for fast food. Given the prices these days you are better off going to a restaurant for the same amount of time you will wait here!

It takes forever to get your order here… even ordering online it’ll be 20 minutes late and the drive through is even worse. Clearly there’s some management problems here and they’re not employing enough people to keep up with demand

Terrible restaurant, food, and manager. The manager started laughing when I asked him if they sell veggie burgers. Very rude. Do not recommend it!

The drive thru is extremely time consuming, with no other cars in sight it took over 5 minutes for someone to take an order and also an additional 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. The food tasted as if it sat out for a couple hours and not fresh.Staff is not trained with any urgency or customer service (smile).

Cheeseburgers had no cheese. Patties so overcooked, dry or old... couldn't tell. All wrong toppings. Poutine was ok. Will not be back to this location!

Placed my order at the counter for 2 kids meals and 2 combos, 1 of which was no bun due to a gluten allergy. The burgers took atleast 15 minutes and sat in a bag while they made my chicken order with a bun and had to remake it. The hot fries were then placed in the open bag and waited another 15 minutes to complete our order. This service was ridiculous and I am quite unimpressed.

Ordered a burger, all the toppings were not fresh. Tomatoes, and the lettuce was a brownish color I couldn't even taste the meat.Been to alot of harveys in Windsor, never seen toppings that bad wish I had a picture.Other wise the staff was friendly.The girl in front was very nice order was today around 5ish.

The drive thru always seems slow but I have not experienced some of the lengthy wait times that others have mentioned. Maybe 6 or 7 minutes on this visit. Ordered two classic combos with a coupon of very good value. Burger tasted as good and the same as just about every Harvey’s burger I’ve ever eaten.

Young lady working this morning was the sweetest little angel ever, best service provided by her. Burgers were absolutely delicious and freshly made. Definitely going to come every Saturday when she’s here.
