Kohn applied their excellent experience and knowledge to design & implement a conversion of our pond to a beautiful pondless system. The team allowed many opportunities for input during the process. Highly knowledgeable about pumps, reservoirs, pond decor etc. Our finished pondless is stunning & super easy to maintain due to Kohn’s thoughtful installation.

We have a small 2,000 gallon pond with a waterfall. The pond pump was failing and I was not sure as to what I should replace it with.I decided that I would engage a professional installation team and contacted Kohn Water Gardens. I was impressed with the immediate follow-up I received and decided to pay for an on site assessment.Issa and Kornit came to our downtown Toronto house within a few days and then provided a quotation for the installation of a new pump.I am a retired business owner and thrive on detail. Issa, Kornit and Yael provided prompt answers to all my questions and we decided on what to install.The pump was installed on a Friday but needed some fine tuning as to placement in the pond. Issa gladlyagreed to revisit the installation with me on site on Sunday and then, as promised, promptly arrived on Monday morning and adjusted everything to my satisfaction.Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Kohn Water Gardens. They fixed a pond that I had trouble with for years. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. Their response to emails and texts were quick and I will continue to use them as I need them.

I recently called this company because of a water leak in my pond. A previous company had tried to fix the leak a month ago but left half-way through the job (with my money).Although this company charges for a consultation, there's great value to it because right away they were able to save me money on something that I had planned to do but didn't need to.Within a few days they got back to me with an estimate and once I confirmed with them they came back at the date they said they'd come (although I had to wait two weeks as they were booked).They were super communicative, on time, and extremely professional. All my questions were answered and they were very clear in their approach. My pond is now fixed and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you to the team.I would recommend you in a heart beat.

Issa and a staff member came to my home to do a repair on my bubbling rock. As well as replaced a set of lights. He was very courteous and professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a water feature in their garden.

This company was reffered by a very Credible and professional outside source so I choose to work with them , however I’m disappointed , dissatisfied and hurt by their unprofessional work ethics.I have an emergency situation where my pond is leaking this was told to them via a phone call to the woman who answered , she promised to get back with their availability which she did in five minutes she requested a payment to be sent via E transfer of $158.20 several times in a few sentences as a priority to come out to inspect the pond and give us their availability to do the repairs.While here Issa strive to gain our confidence through my 15 year old how he was impress with the job he had done with the pond , looked in on the fishes in their temporary containers and suggested we cover them and he will be in touch , same evening I received a text requesting us to meet them at the supplier in a couple of days which we agreed to as my son was over the moon happy that finally their is progress and the pond would be repaired , unfortunately two days later we lost two of our largest Koi fishes this was extremely devastating on my son , I felt a message for Issa in regards to this he returned the call at the-end of the day told us we would meet on Saturday and this will make Moses my son tougher . We drove 25 minutes to meet them at the supplier only to be handed several pieces of papers , short note , instructions and how he believed in my 15 year old capability to repair the pond I was overwhelmed to tears as the fishes has now spent over a week in plastic containers we are NOT capable of doing this task that’s why we seek professional help , in the few minutes they both spent in the store telling me and my son he can do it and he would help him via phone , emails or other sources and saying he is trying to save me money he did not at anytime gave me a quote of the cost not like I would care much as the need for the repairs are the top priority , they new dam well that they are over booked and could not facilitate our needs but it’s was more tempting to scam us 158.20 sent us on wild goose chase please be mindful especially when their is no male figure around I would recommend you do not use this dishonest company I which I could share all the text with you all and how they won our trust.The supplier who recommended them is honest and respectful it took a life time for them to build their Bussiness as a successful supplier and a day for a dishonest , disrespectful scammer contractor to ruin their prestigious reputation . !!!! DO NOT EMPLOYEE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If only I could zero stars.Edit: Pt2 A few days laterToday we had progress after a night mare with Kohn water Garden , we hired a professional company who came out and secured our Kios most importantly , temporarily got the pond working as their availability will be in three weeks the owner of this company the moment we spoke via phone his interest was the fishes he was concerned about their well being came about five hours later and spent another three hours making sure the fishes are ok , their is no comparison here in professionalism and the cost is worth every penny I cannot pay this company enough money for their services provided.They are not in the business of scamming folks , they have arranged all repairs , improvements ie lights, filtration system among others they also spent time to educated and enlighten us on how to better care for our kios .Rest assure we will be sleeping well tonight as our koi’s are safe and in great hands.

Not only is this company competent, but the technicians are also very friendly.They.explained the nuances of the job so simply that even I could understand. The professionalism, accountability and trustworthiness of Issa and his crew is exceptional but, it is dwarfed by the customer service. I actually felt that Issa was part of my family and my pond was his baby. The waterfall is flowing, the pond is reflecting sunbeams and my wife is happy. What else is there? We did it Issa Style!
