Was searching for a Canadian business that had great prices on vinyl. I was truly impressed by this company, not only were the prices great but the customer service was amazing. I deal with this company frequently, and it's been a breeze every time. They're always quick to respond/help with your questions, extremely fast turnaround since it's in the same city as where I live and the customer service is always lovely :) would definitely recommend them to others

I’m so glad I found this business! I love the selection and the material. I usually went to Michaels but could not find single sheets of the iron on. I’ve had my order shipped and I’ve picked up, both were quick and easy!

I will never go anywhere else for Vinyl, their prices are cheaper then anywhere else, with quality products. The ladies who work there are great and friendly. Due to the lockdowns they have been really quick getting to pickup orders done, which of course is amazing.

The customer service at Tru North Vinyl is simply incredible. I am sure working in the current atmosphere of online pick ups and coordinating those orders is very difficult, yet I was given such care and attention by the wonderful staff at Tru North Vinyl. Was here today for the first time was avery excited I'm new to the circuit machine they were very helpful with my questions even had print out of instructions for the different types of vinyl. They have a great selection of colours I was very happy with what I got and for the price. I'm definitely going back for more and telling everybody.
