Took my gsxr 600 track bike there for a hot start issue. Everyone was very friendly. Quoted me diagnosis and repair which I thought was very fair. They completed the repair promptly as promised. I would have wasted all my time trying to figure it out...some jobs are better left to the pros!!!

The communication is excellent, service is professionnel, the knowledge and experience these guys have is very comforting. It's a pleasure dealing with James and Peter. Both respectful professionnels. I highly recommend this shop no matter what you ride.5 STARS all the way.

I had my 2014 Suzuki VZ800 safety-checked by 109 Cycle this past Spring, they properly fixed my incorrect clutch adjustment and they've recently installed new front and rear tires. My bike rides like a dream and I will continue to take it into their shop to ensure it performs as required. Their pride of workmanship, industry/product knowledge and patience when dealing with new riders is absolutely top-notch! Peter is a stand up guy, he’s been in the business for years and it shows.I Came in for a less than routine job regarding a vintage bike. They were straight to the point; they got the job done quickly with great communication and customer service. Very knowledgable guys here!

I had some issues starting my FatBoy, so I took it to 109 Cycle for the first time last week (5 kms from my house).They diagnosed the carb, adjusted it and my 1995 Harley runs like new again….Very happy with their positive vibe! This is my shop! I live around the corner now but even when I move, this is my shop. Everyone is very passionate about bikes and knows their stuff. Add to that, the professionalism, quality of communication, and speed of service, and I am just plain sold. I had some issues with my bike last fall and they did a diagnostic and told me everything that needed fixing. Rather than try and hard sell me on doing it all at once, they had a list of priorities and things that could wait until Spring. I just finished up the list and my 20 year old bike runs like a dream. I've serviced my 2010 Yamaha Majesty at 109 Cycle since its warranty expired. Knowledgeable, competent, quick, fair-priced, and great to deal with. Highly recommend them.
