Not happy with product. Unwearable because of scratchy backing. U think you would be warned on pajama shirt that there would be a scratchy material on inside of shirt. And they did not really show any amount of remorse that a customer was not happy. Do not recommend this company. Go to Dogs Ear. Much better services and way cheaper.

Second time I’ve tried to drop items off for embroidery and the sign posted that they were open (according to the hours posted on their storefront and on google) yet the doors were locked and the lights were off. I’m not going back to try again. Took everything to another place in town today instead.

I phoned Logos n Stitches to embroid my (then) fiance's and dad's pocket squares for our wedding, and they were able to do it by the following day - and VERY reasonably priced! The only downfall was that they had misspelled something on my husband's pocket square, and I was very worried because this was on Friday before we were leaving the Okanagan on the Sunday. But they were able to fix the mistake (and you couldn't tell at all!) for me to pick-up when they opened on Saturday morning.

Store hours on the door and website say until 5pm most days. Went in around 3pm and nobody was there. Went into the archery down the hall to see if someone could help me. Waited for about 15mins before leaving because nobody said a word to me. Was not greeted or spoken to at all. I overheard a staff member say that Ken was not in until tomorrow. There was no posting or sign anywhere saying hours had changed for the day or anything. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Took my business elsewhere.

Got some ties monogrammed, everywhere else in town gave me the run around for this, but they gave me a quote over the phone. Service was quick, employees seemed to really care and listened to what I said. Job was done the next day :D Excellent service!

Staff was extremely helpful we built a patch in minutes. Fair priced. Was only a couple of hours and the project was done. i was blown away by the customer service and speed of execution. would highly recommend.

Logos’nStitches has to date reproduced our company logo on many high quality clothing articles. Ever since meeting the owner Brittany and doing business the first time we knew we found an excellent partner for our future projects. She so far has done excellent work for two of our companies and will soon begin on a third. Highly recommended business, it’s also satisfying knowing they are locally owned. Good luck keep it up!
