We are currently in the process of buying a house built in 1912 and most inspection agencies we contacted had very little experience with older homes. Martin was fantastic! He spent 3 hours walking me through our house explaining to me what he is seeing and how it is/can cause damage to the house. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He then wrote a 51 page report with pics showing the home owner what really needs to be repaired.

It is clear that Martin knows what he is doing in the first 5 minutes that you meet him. He gave us a load of invaluable information - not only regarding what he sees, but he has the expertise to give you advice going forward. He is able to help you create a long-term strategy for your home, especially -like us- if you are buying an older house.
