KidSport Kitchener Waterloo
I was referred to kids sport by a colleague of a family member a couple years ago. My son is about to loose all his hockey skills due to an unfortunate event. I left a message asking for help for funding. The man, claiming to be the founder of this organization called me back stating many rules and red tape to the funding, yelling at me on the phone, blaming me, repeating over and over that he was insulted. Yelling into the phone like a raging alcoholic, while I sat quiet in shock. He apologized for being so angry. Started talking, then yelled angry again. I am mortified that this is how they respond to people in need.
