All in all a great experience. In today’s climate. That’s rare that so much detail is paid to customer service.

I contacted Jeff and he made an appointment for me right away. He showed up was very personable explained the job and we agreed to a price and scheduled our sliding door and swing door to have phantom screens installed. He ordered the product and we set the install date. Communication was great. Right up until Mike showed up. Which was a surprise as I thought Jeff was doing the install. Mike was very nice and did a great job making sure that we were happy with the product and how it worked. We had these screens on our other home so knew what to expect. Overall I would recommend them both. Just that I’m a details person and don’t like surprises. So it would have been nice to know who was coming to my home in advance. Looking forward to a bug free summer.

Jeff and his team did an incredible job on our new build house in White Rock. The installation was more complicated than most and his team absolutely nailed it. The screen are beautiful and function perfectly. We had one minor programming issue (which I think I caused) and Jeff fixed it in a matter of minutes.
