Avoid this place at ALL COSTS.The receptionist was unbelievably condescending during every interaction I was unfortunate enough to have with her.The doctor himself, Dr. Bhalla, is an absolute piece of work - he chose to report me to the MTO after I missed a phone call appointment, which resulted in a suspension of my driver's license. Took me over a week to get in contact with him following that, then he chose to dangle my license in front of me like a carrot on a stick, and tell me that if I kept giving him attitude" that he would make the suspension longer. Rude and untrained staffs only want to charge our tax dollar funded OHIP - and then harass you constantly to sell their snake oil sleeping aid products (sure they claim they don't sell them, but they will REFER to someone to hard sell those snake oil products - to a level of harassment). Will never recommend anyone to go there for a health issue. Rude and dishonest people don't belong to this society.

Working and have a pretty demanding job. Had to reschedule my appointment a second time and when I asked if it was possible, the receptionist began questioning me as to why I needed it rescheduled as if my personal affairs are of any concern to her. Very rude tone, just decided to cancel the appointment instead. Extremely unprofessional and honestly quite disappointed in this clinic. Would recommend changing your staff.

HORRIBLE PLACE - u will be dead before they have a doctor available to see you. They keep bringing in patients to sleep but have no doctors for follow ups. It’s been 4 months now and still we don’t have a final prescription from doctor. Next appt is end of July. Go anywhere else, don’t waste your time here. They just money grabbers. They Don’t care for your health.

This is the third sleep clinic I’ve visited and this place is by far the nicest. The space is very clean and they even have showers too! I hated the feeling of gel in my hair and this was the first clinic I’d seen to include showers.The rooms were spacious, with a fairly large bed and a TV. They also have a communal kitchen if you want to store your snacks/breakfast.The last two clinics I’ve visited were in the basement, making it gloomy" and a little scary to go in at night. This clinic on the other hand is on the ground level.It’s a shame to see all the bad reviews because this is a really nice sleep clinic."

Doctor is professional and friendly. Receptionist is rude and condescending. She is not patient at all. Don't understand why she is sitting there yelling to patients. If she does not like the job or have the skills to serve patients, she should quit.

I completed a sleep study here last week. Absolutely VERY clean, professional and caring environment. Amina and her team welcomed me in to the clinic and clearly explained all the procedures. I felt completely safe and that I was in good hands.When I read some of the negative reviews below, I am shocked because my experience was only a pleasure. It was a welcome experience and I highly recommend this sleep centre. Doctor Ballha is technically very strong and followed up with me for an extra layer of professionalism. 5 STARS

Had to reschedule twice, because of you know... life...and was berated by the receptionist who kept cutting me off, and speaking to me as if I were a child.Can't wait to be spoken to like this in-person!

Worst clinic ever. Extremely rude receptionist. (Not all of them, but the one I was talking to was really impolite.) Doctor only comes to the office once a month only and force everyone to accommodate his schedule. If we have known that the doc works one day a month only and on a work day, we wouldn’t have gone to this clinic for sleep test in the first place. The follow up appointment to hear the report has been postponed for months now because we can hardly accommodate… but the sleep test has been done and we are stuck with him for follow up.
