If you are using your loyalty card at the drive through, make sure you are NOT charged when the coffee should be free. Twice the attendant has asked for money now when I know the coffee was free because I make a point of asking the visits each time on the card. Only after I called out the attendant on it did I not have to pay. How many other customers have been duped into paying when they did not have to? Where is that money going? Tip jar????? Just newly renovated place, is that the new policy to pay for the renovations?

It opens at 5am. I went at 5:30 before work to get a dozen donuts for staff. Not one single donut was ready for sale. Not muffins either. Nada. If you open at 5am, you should be ready to sell by 5. It's a donut shop after all isn't it. Too bad the other Tim's around are the same. Kack of staff?? No idea.

Slow service, food quality is on a downhill. Coffee is horrible (basically burnt taste). Iced capucino is not what it used to be anymore. If you want food coffee go to McDonald's just a few building ahead...

I don't generally complain, but after waiting ten minutes for a bagel and a donut, only to end up with this, I'm not exactly happy. I guess this is what I get for not asking for extra cream cheese. Shouldn't have even bothered this morning.

HORRIBLE service!! There ONE HOUR before closing, waited twenty minutes before being told to LEAVE because they were too busy at the Drive-Thru". Cashier yelled at me and wasn't wearing a face mask. Terrible. Tim's has to clean up their act."

Great for meetings, even got electric plugs and free WiFi. Coffee is good, service is a bit slow however.
