Bremner Pool And Spa

At approximately 1230pm on Friday the 15th of September 2022, my family and I were almost killed by a wreckless Bremnar pools driver (AB_ _ _ _5). This happened on the 407. The maniacal driver , once merged onto the highway off of the DVP/404, tail-gated Me all along the on-ramp. Literally 2 feet behind me. Then, this crazy dangerous driver., drove on the ride shoulder, along the gravel path and cut me and my family (with 2 small children) onto the highway. I had to swerve for our lives and narrowly missed another vehicle on my left side. He exited off Bayview on the 407.You should be ashamed of yourselves. You almost killed me and my family and for that I have uploaded your video to OPP for review. You will be receiving a call from the OPP. This video will also be uploaded to all social media!!Surely you are great pool installers. As evidenced, by your rating. But safety is paramount no matter where you are at.Disgusting!!!

The pool was leaking water and Bremner Pool quickly identified the cause by running a sound diagnosis. Then they repaired a jet return connection. Very happy with their work and professionalism.

This fall we had Don and his team perform a complete overhaul of our aging in-ground concrete pool. They replaced the coping with natural stone, added all new waterline tile, marbelite, a new skimmer and replaced all plumbing, added an LED light and a new waterfall. We are very pleased with the workmanship and our old pool is now essentially new. We look forward to completing the landscaping next spring.

I recently renovated my back yard, moved my pool equipment and put in a new liner. I have been working with Bremner since Oct 2021 on this project. Don came out and did the quote which was incredibly fair, he even gave different cost options and did not pressure me in anyway. Imran has been my point of contact over the past year. He has amazing response time and has never made me wait for servicing. EVERY SINGLE employee that I have ever met from Bremner has had amazing customer service, you can really tell the company prides themselves in that. They all know their way around my property and sometimes I do not even know they were here because they are so amazing with closing up. I have a 130 pound great dane who they know well and have never been in fear of him and were always cautious not to let him out. I have never experienced price changes, unwanted upselling or pressure. They have even come out to look at issues that they knew had nothing to do with them and charged me nothing for their time just to give me a face to face explanation. So happy that I went with them,I wish I took the names down of all the workers because i would shout them out but honestly, it would likely be their whole staff!Outstanding job!I appreciate this company and have really enjoyed having them around!

Bremner Pools is a great service provider for our pool. Extremely good attention to detail and feel it is very good value for the service that we get. Switched to Bremner over 5 years ago after having been with another large pool company and feel much more valued as a customer. Haven't looked back!

One spring in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, our previous pool services company notified us that they would not be able to further provide us with their services. Looking for a company in those difficult times that would offer services to anyone’s expectations and actually finding one, it felt similar to winning the lottery. And, judging by the reviews of BREMNER POOL AND SPA customers, we decided to give it a try. Little did we know that in such times we would be so lucky as to “win the lottery”.So far we needed yearly pool opening and closing, but if we were to sum up our review of the staff and the services they have provided, the word would be: EXCELLENT.The few staff members we interacted with, Michael, Alex, Hakim and Jeeva, have been all professional, knowledgeable, reliable, understanding, patient, efficient, trustworthy and making sure we were satisfied with the end result.

The Bremner team did a complete renovation on our pool late last year. They provided a quick accurate quote and managed to schedule the work into their busy fall schedule. We were so pleased they were able to complete all the work before winter.We have a steep hill down to the pool in our backyard and they took steps to protect landscaping and gardens. They implemented all of the additional features we requested including new steps into the pool, a pool light and a new safety cover. They completed the work in a very professional manner. They started when they said they would and worked hard to complete it last fall. This spring we had the joy of opening a beautiful new pool. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.
