Wow! Great experience 10/10 would highly recommend! We came in looking for a particular Bike model but they were sold out. Max helped us find the perfect bike and only waited a few days to order the correct size. Be patient as they are dealing with high demand right now, but we’ll worth the wait. We are super happy with the bike and service, ask for Max, he’s super great!!

Because we were desperate to buy a bike, despite terrible experiences at two of their other locations, we tried this shop. Hubert was fantastic, he actually listened, was engaged and pleasant. Most importantly he was willing to take our money and give us the bike(that he and the other locations had in stock) we were looking for. Seems simple enough, but had proved challenging.The bike was ready before he promised and the staff was very helpful when I picked the bike up. Very satisfied, definitely recommend this location

Ive ordered a bike part, paid 4 it, they got the wrong one, installed it anyway and tried to make me believe it was for my own good... I asked for the job to be redone with the good part, and they tried to make me pay a difference" because they said the part was more expensive than what I already paid for.... totally illegal procedure. Beware!!!"

I never leave reviews but I brought in my (fairly) trashed bike after it spent a winter under snow with two flat tires. Within a half hour later (!) was already out of the bike repair section and on a bike path. Bike has never ridden better and the repair person was amazing and even help demystify how I can keep up the general maintenance all year round. Answered every question, price was incredibly affordable and the repair work honest as he only fixed what needed to be fixed. Definitely my go to bike shop now.

Some shops like to do good, and some shop try to do even better. This is one. The technician gave me free of charge a small piece missing from a screwed up order from another shop. Needless to say they earned a new customer.

Great customer service! They were extremely helpful in my path to owning an OPUS Bicycle (at the shop and the folks at the head office). I had called other bike shops to find this bike and the others all responded with some for m of shrug or just asking me to call back sometime in the future. Quilicot made the path easy by setting expectations and having me pay a deposit. They also communicated very well throughout the process and three weeks later I had the bike and they helped to adjust it and gave me pointers for maintenance, etc. In other words, they held my hand throughout the entire process. I'm really not sure how the other shops survive during these times not doing any of that level of customer service. It seems so basic! Oh well, I will be going back to these guys and recommending them to others. They are also just really nice people, too.
