Recommended a font size too big for a professional looking pen. Nothing they can do to fix/replace it.

Great staff and amazing service

Engraving was substandard, text was not centered or level on my item. The associate that was there when I picked up my order acknowledged the error and offered to replace my item and redo the engraving. My item could not be replaced (no longer available for sale) so the store manager tried to have it buffed out but the jeweller did not recommend it. I purchased and was reimbursed for a similar item and the engraving was redone. Second time round the engraving looked great. Is disappointing my original item is now ruined but I appreciated the effort by the store manager to remedy their error. I would recommend taking in a drawing of exactly what you want engraved and set out your expectations to ensure there is no possible way something can get lost in translation.

Not impressed. First associate made an error with my order. Then the more experienced associate who did the engraving made a very clear mistake on an expensive piece of glassware and didn't admit to it. It was very clear that that the lettering was off and one would think that an experienced engraver would have pointed that out prior to giving it to a customer. Thankfully I had them fix" the letter which was due to my persistence. Would not recommend going to this location and would not trust getting expensive merchandise engraved here."
