UPS

I was home watching, the driver came the the door and tried to open the glass door which was locked. As I was settling my dog down so I could open the door the driver left. I then received an email a few minutes later saying that no one was home and they couldn't drop off the package". I'm so annoyed with UPS. Not the first time this has happened. Worst delivery service.Now trying to track my package down

Slower than Canada post by a longshot. Toronto to Vancouver is a 4 hour or so flight, not 5-7 days.

Incredibly useless customer service. Paid for express 24hr shipping for a very important medical delivery, only for it to then get stuck on the Mainland with no guaranteed delivery date. They refused to urgently deliver and refused to escalate the situation. Going with FedEx next time. Never again!

Staff stayed late to wait for the driver that had my package. Mistake on my fault, but they made it happen to get my package and a bday present made it in time. Very friendly and thanks again.

Discovered a shipper had input wrong address on my street. They stoped notified me immediately and were able to get it to me by 10am CHRISTMAS EVE. When there own customer service told me dec 28/29. Thank you guys

worst shipping company on the planet , they lied to me twice about the status of a parcel so they could get me in a position where they could extort 303$ plus tx and brokerage fees for a parcel that was all prepaid from the sender , do yourself a huge favour and never ever use ups for anything , this company does not deserve to be in business , THE WORST !!!!!!

This UPS delivery employee pulled up and left my neighbours boxes at the end of the driveway. No knocking, no attempt to reach them. I know that they're not even home, so went and hauled the boxes up to their door myself. Can't get through to custom services. So leaving a review. Had a similar issue with the same delivery driver earlier in the spring with a valued purchase. Delivery means to the door, not at the end of a driveway.

Ordered from Costco, ups cannot only find my address but I was told that I’m not allowed to pick it up from the wear house, rude people and so not impressed. They also must have a call centre somewhere as they took my phone number down wrong as they don’t speak great English. Wow no customer service at all, if I ever get my boxes I will never use them againCarol L.

Normally I ask products to be sent USPS especially since I knew I would be out of town working. I was shocked to see UPS wanted another $55 US on a $120 item!The sending company graciously paid all these ridiculous fees. I then got a letter from UPS acknowledging payment, but with no info on how to get my order…not even a phone number which I ended up getting from the sending company! The representative from UPS had no idea if I could get the parcel delivered or not. He told me it was in Nanaimo then had to be prompted for an address. His English was very difficult to understand. It was clear that once they got paid they had no interest in getting your order to you!
