I overheard the two middle aged / older gentleman who work here blatantly flirting with young women who were just trying to shop, and also casually saying transphobic things as if it was commonplace and somehow acceptable to behave this way at work. Don’t go here

Love the atmosphere here and the employees! Every time I go in they are super helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. Just a walk away for me and with such great service, it's my #1 shop!

My review is based on the service. Two awesome older gentleman made my day. Very knowledgeable about their stock. I forgot a lighter but they didn’t have any… so he literally took the lighter out of his back pocket and gave it to me. Pretty much gave me the shirt off his back. These shops are everywhere so if these guys have what you’re looking for definitely see these guys first.

Pretty terrible customer service blames the online prices on the “third party”website. Small stores like this deserve to die out.

I wasn’t able to enter the store today, due to not feeling well. The staff were happy to accommodate me (paying over the phone, bringing the product out to my car). This store and employers are fantastic!

Compared to other Cannabis stores in the city, this one doesn't stack up. I used to be a regular, but I won't be going back.Most of the staff is nice and professional, but I've had multiple unpleasant experiences with one of the employees making weird comments towards me, even in front of my partner. The same employee has also overcharged me multiple times. While this was always resolved, it shouldn't be a regular occurrence. Additionally this is the only smoke shop I've come across with a no refund / exchanges policy, even for defective products or if they grab and sell you the wrong strain.If you're in the area, I recommend Forest City Marijuana on Belmont! Much wider selection, everything is always in stock, and they have better hours, especially on the weekend.

Although most of their staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable about their product their prices are extremely high. In addition to this when I purchased a defective CBD cartridge from them and went to take it back for an exchange or a partial refund I was met with the owner who told me to contact the manufacturer and refused to speak further with me. Despite being a regular I'll never be going back after that.
