The PSWs from AgePro were outstanding in the compassion and level of care they demonstrated during the Aphasia Retreat Day on June 18, 2022. We will definitely partner with them again!

Susan the owner is a caring and compassionate person who works hard to make sure her staff are supported and prepared to do the best job they can. I know that any staff sent out from AgePro have been well-trained and will come with some great ideas on how to keep my mother in law engaged.

I don't normally give reviews but this company has been so outstanding I had to write one. From the first phone call I could tell they were different, they were knowledgeable and gave me so many options for services for my mom. Mom can be difficult but they handled her like the PRO's they are. AgePRO is a very fitting name for the workers at this company. The PSW's were outstanding and caring, the office communicated all the time with me, I could call and they would be right on top of anything I needed. I love they offer Handyman services and Housekeepers as well as PSW's we had everything we needed. We decided to ask our LHIN (Home Community Care) to switch all our services to AgePro, when they did that all my headaches were gone, before we were missing shifts, we had PSW's who had no clue but AgePro staff was always attentive to Mom's needs. I cannot recommend them enough, its so nice to find a company that still understands customer service.

This company truly cares about their clients and caregivers. They work hard to meet the need of their clients by providing superior care and caregiver support. I would highly recommend them!

If your loved one has Dementia or Alzheimer's do NOT use this company. They are ill equipped and uneducated.
