It was a great pleasure to shop at Leon's especially because of the excellent customer service delivered by the sales representative Claudia. She was very knowledgeable and patient by providing recommendations for purchasing appliances in our new home. I would come back for more products!

Leon’s was great, delivery went well and the couch we bought is good quality. We actually bought it prior to a sale, not knowing the price would drop, and they gave us a store credit for the difference. Would have preferred cash back, but we have more shopping to do, so worked out alright.

Leon's lies and does not honor their warranties, buyer beware. We bought a washer from Leon's 2 years ago for 1,000$. We took the BEST warranty they offered us for an additional 200$ that covered everything for the next 4 years. It guaranteed that if ANYTHING happend they would either fix it or replace the unit at no cost to us. To not make this longer than necessary it broke. They refused to fix it saying the part was not available, we checked with LG and yes the part certainly was available. They refused to replace the unit and after 2 months of trying to talk to Leon's and their warranty company (they are the same company) they only gave us 655$, we eventually grew exhausted at trying to hold them to the their agreement that we had in writing, and relented. Today we went to replace our washer. We of course were salty but did not take it out on the individuals who work for this store. As soon as they heard that we were not impressed with the situation they had 3 staff circle us, wich of course did not help us be any calmer. I understand keeping your people safe but we were not yelling or threatening or being irate just honest that this would be the last time we give them any of our money. We chose the cheapest washer we could as to not spend any more of our money at this buisness. Were told we may ha e to bring OUR broken washer back to them. This was what frustrated us the most. We spent 1200$ plus tax on a machine that broke after 2 years that y'all refused to fix or replace but you you want us to bring it back so you can either fix it and re sell it or use it for spare parts. At this point we are not happy or doing that and we let them know as much, once again without raising voices or poor language. They go and do some checking and from there they do not make us bring back our old machine and let us be on our way. We are sad to say we will never give Leon's or their sister companies like The Brick our buisness again. We had a good experience with them for our couch but this was inexcusable. Companies need to HONOR their warranties and word. They lie, buyer beware.

We bought a couch here, it is not delivered yet but I think it is very nice. I cannot wait to have it delivered I am very excited to sit on it. I think that sums up this store very well, I will probably come back to look if they have any good deals next time I need a couch. Because I think I will be very happy with this one.

Good service and commendable presentation overall. My sales associate was Ms. Anna. I cannot guarantee my experience since it depends on your sales associate. But if you want a person who you trust and give you something that fits within your budget this is the person I would recommend.

Claudia is the best sales in Leon’s Furniture Appliance department. She has patient to solve my requirement. Good shopping experience with her.

I went to leons today and had such a good time really nice lady came my way her name is NIDHL she sold me a nice couch....I think she deserves a raise...

Purchased two recliner chairs complete with product warranty one year ago. Problem s began to occur on the fabric. Contacted Leon's and insurance numerous times with each saying it was the responsibility of the other. Continued for a monthwith no progress. Took chairs to the landfill after one year!!!! Would never shop at Leon's ever again and definitely would not advise anyone to take their extended warranty. Leon's.....worst experience ever

Sales staff are awesome. Product came with the wrong assembly hardware. Customer service tried to help but we didn't have the time to wait. We resolved the problem they gave us in-store credit. Overall good experience. We highly recommend them.
