I had to leave for an emergency therefore I missed the original pickup. I managed to came back and got in touched with him. He was able to meet me at a pickup address nearby. I was able to give him the package and fulfilled the transaction.Excellent flexibility.Most of the time I have a great service with intelcom. This time around they went beyond.Thanks again team Intelcom.

I’ve been receiving packages with intelcom from Amazon for 3 years and they are quick, easy and the employees are very very excellent, especially for the drivers they always respect the delivery instructions and don’t make contact with the customers because of COVID-19. They also keep you up to date about your package by email. The only thing missing is an app feature that customers can track and get updates about their packages through the app until then, Good Job Intelcom

Amazon says they picked up my order, I use the tracking number on the intercom tracking and it says that this number doesn't exist... did they just steal my package ?... Can't talk to an agent on their phones, you wait for ever... No one answers very shady. Sure I can claim a refund to Amazon but there was a good promo on my item and now it's gone so I can't afford the full price.
