Great look. Too bad for a very delicate fabric. I purchased a winter coat for my son before Xmas. The arm fabric ripped as he pushed a door exit bar with his arm. I don't think this is normal for the price of the coat.

Wow: more than a beautiful concept: all products & sizes available with great service.I came out of curiosity, and left with 1 jacket for my GF, 1 jacket for me. Did not wear my other winter jackets back yet. Your go to place if you want to spend the winter in style.

Extremely poor customer service and bad quality jackets. Avoid on any cost. Ashamed to call it a Canadian product. They don't sell enough that is why their return policy is of a 3rd world country. Week into it still waiting for my refund.

I called regarding on how to take care (stow) my parka 5-6 years ago, as my memory serves me, it was around spring time and back when the company was called quartz nature co. This lady who answered was rude and when she asked where I'm from, she started shouting at me. The parka this company makes is top of the line, but their customer service is just horrible. Still remember the memory vividly to this day. Quite shocking.

Probably your best bet for a coat as a young professional. The place us super nice and clean. They steam everything between customers. Vendor was knowledgeable and very very happy with the coat i purchased (if you want something really warm but do not want to look like you are coming back from north pole expedition its the place, fit is a little more adjusted which is really nice
