Plenty of Sunshine Travel

Kathleen went above and beyond repeatedly. We had booked a cruise with her a couple years ago pre-covid and then it was cancelled due to covid and then my husband died. And then re-booked and cancelled again due to covid and re-booked. Just insane the amount of times Kathleen booked, re-booked, found deals and dealt with cruise lines and always so compasionate and understanding our needs. There is a two hour time difference and she was responding very late her time and on weekends, i just cannot speak highly enough on the attention to details and understanding Kathleen continously provided!
