No wonder they don't have good reviews. Every time you make an appointment it's cancelled on the day or the day before your appointment. No way to run a business. To bad we can't charge you the fee for cancelling. If we don't give our notice you charge us.

I have been patient hereFor almost a year now I have yet to meet Dr. Welling’s male or female? I’m unsure I have had test done and no phone call to confirm or deny the test even came back let alone what the outcome wasI am reading quite a bit of mixed reviews. Not sure if I should stick this out or try and find another doctor at this point.

My husband had an appointment for a back injury. He was given a doctor's note for 2 weeks off. Ani refused to fill out the necessary insurance documents, instead telling him he had to book ANOTHER appointment to have them filled out by a nurse. Which he did. The nurse took 5 minutes to fill out those forms and then my husband was told to book ANOTHER appointment...this one to have the doctor sign them! Does this not sound like OHIP Fraud to anyone?!!! Has this happened to anyone else? There is a website to report it if it has

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!! I had to wait 2 months to get my appointment on Jan 5th, and then they cancelled on me and tell me they can only get me in on March 9th. Completely unacceptable. The ladies working the front desk are a bunch of knuckle heads and Welling is not that great of a doctor. Plus they make you pay for parking…. Rotfl. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Clearly they’re all about the money because they take in way to many patients.

Offers walk-in clinic appointments for patients who need to be seen sooner than his 2 - 3 month appointment wait time. Yet most of the weekends hes closed for unseen reasons. So again as patients who need their doctor we have to wait even longer. For someone who wait to see the.dcotors until extremely necessary , this is kind of ridiculous to not have a family doctor to rely on.

The office staff very bad, I told them I am feeling very bad and explain to them what is happened to me and my son life. I just told them I want to talk to the doctor 5 minutes, they told me I have to come to the office, and no appointment just walk, and have to wait long time with all this COVID-19 issue around us. They didn’t respect my life and my problem. No humanity at all
