Charies the best!! Communication was soo easy, she'd reply to us so fast even last minute we changed our bouncy castle it was no problem at all. Everyone loved the snow cones to! I will defiantly be having Bounce now at all our parties! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Amazing customer service! We ended up having the bouncer for longer and the kids absolutely loved it. They were so fast to put up and take down, made the party fantastic!

Horrible customer service. Was looking to get a date 1 month in advance. I ask for one date, they reply nope not available , ok I ask another date, nope booked. Ok well work with me, tell me what date around the birthday is available and what's available. I called them got the same response gave them the benefit of the doubt , tried emailing them same response, One worded replys.Will be going with another company. I trust you all do the same. Plus there are other companies that are nicer on the phone/email and welcome your business.

I was able to set up a rental bouncer months in advance, they were earlier then expected when delivering which was amazing and picked up on time, prices are affordable for lots of jump time, they were quick to respond by email and the staff are friendly
