Amazing stay.Spacious place with all facilities as mentioned on websites and booking platforms.The home was warm and cosy.No foul smell, clean and tidy.The kitchen has all the utensils, Tim Horton's coffee, chocolate powder, jam, peanut butter, milk powder etc.

STAYED IN UNIT 138. WE REALLY LIKE THE PLACE. PARKING IS WELL LIT, AND SECURED WITH OUTLETS.CLEANLINESS COULD/SHOULD BE IMPROVED (ANIMAL HAIRS ON THE CARPETS AND SOFA)

Out of a 3 night stay, 1 day was a pool cover repair so no pool until after 5pm and the other was a parking lot clean up of gravel so not able to park car in parking area. Both things were were managable but not notified until booking completely paid and non refundable. Pool was dirty and the area pool and hot tub need an upgrade old and not maintained well.

Amazing condo we Stayed in. Great location! Not a far walk from Many pubs, convenience stores. Everything you need!Pool and hot tub are a wonderful touch! But….too bad they close at 10pm. I wanted a late night dip….

Great place to stay. Was a little small with two families but we still made it work. My only complaints are that the pool was closed due to covid, and we specifically booked this place for the pool, we couldn't cancel either as it was non refundable. There was no baking trays or oil / foil for cooking and no extra garbage bags. I really liked the atmosphere it felt very family friends. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise between units. Close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

Great little place to stay nice and close to the main stores and restaurants and you can still walk there and back and get move well kept heated pool and hot tub was amazing

I will never stay here again. First let me say I’ve stayed here a couple times and never had an issue, but this last time?Not only did we pay and not receive our “check in” information weeks in advance, but there is no physical lobby or check in desk, or anyone to even call after a certain time.When we arrived we called multiple times, left messages, and were left stranded and had to book another hotel for the nights we were there.Mystic Springs voicemail said to call another number for late check ins, no one answered. Multiple calls later we tried their “security’s” number which was also a part of the voicemail- and they indicated they don’t work for Mystic Springs anymore and they’ve been getting multiple angry complaints (not their fault, it’s mystic springs fault)All in all this experience was enough to never return, although a gorgeous property- its overpriced and this place needs a physical lobby. Pay your employees better or find new ones.I will never recommend this place again.

A good place to stay when visiting Canmore or Banff. The pool and hot tub were a nice surprise. They were heated as advertised. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and it’s not far from 2 major grocery stores.

Love the chalet , we had a two bedroom , king bed and ensuite in one room and two doubles in another room with shared bathroom in hallway , plenty of room in dining room/ kitchen , and living room . TVs in all the rooms . Great swimming pool and hot tub right outside our room . Kitchen had everything you needed. The managers were wonderful, Chris and Ghada can’t say enough about them wonderful people. Highly recommended this place .
