Ash and his staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Customer service above and beyond. They ordered in the product I needed, and the first one was on the house because they didn't have it whenI came in! They also did a home delivery for me when my back was out and I couldn't get to the shop. The shop is beautiful and the hours are great. Alpha Vapes is a really great addition to the neighborhood.

I stop threw here to make my purchase when I’m in the Coquitlam area! Really nice vape shop I almost wish I had more time just to hang out it’s so chic and well laid out, such great people always working there to, I always feel welcome with the Alpha vapes family no matter what location I go to!

I went in today for some help in regards to a recent purchase and was somewhat disappointed because I didn’t feel like the product lived up to what it stated. I am new to all of this and I received some help from Rocco. He addressed all of my concerns and took the time to go over all of needs and ended up going above and beyond with assisting me. I will be going back next week to make a purchase thanks to all of kindness and time he spent with me today. Kudos goes out to Jamie also who was there to help me out too! If you are in need of of any vape products or need some great service you should definitely check this place out! I will be a loyal customer to this store after today. Thanks again Rocco and Jamie for everything. You guys are awesome!!

I've been disappointed latley with their service. I started their purchase program where your suppose to get a deal every 10 or 20 purchases.....I exclusively tried to support them and in turn was hoping to get the rewards back that I earned. Turns out there system" wipes peoples progress at random....so I've spent a ton of money their and not received my promised discounted item...bummer"

Absolutely amazing experience! Finally a vape store where the staff have actual knowledge and insight about the products they sell! Very fair pricing as well. If your ever ever in the area I highly recommend making the stop.
