Excellent and speedy service! After discovering my car had been broken into and my passenger window was shattered, Kirmac was able to process my ICBC claim and set me up with a courtesy vehicle the same morning. The repairs took less than two days! Ryan went above and beyond and my car was even cleaner and shinier than when I brought it in. Thanks guys!

I was in an accident the night before and the trunk wouldn't open, they spent an hour using tools to open my trunk and replace my spare tire. They did not charge me anything, that's the kind of service that is good for the customer. This is the first place I will think of if I have any problems with my vehicle afterwards.

Adam and the team at Kirmac are amazing! They fixed up my Tesla windshield quickly and perfectly, and when I picked up my car it was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. 11/10, would go again, though hopefully I never have to :)

Kirmac did a great job when I needed bodywork done to my rear fender a few years back, but recently I scraped a post on the other rear fender and Kirmac’s employee Ryan just got some cleaner to remove the paint from the post off my car, buffed it up and even washed my car! I was a bit stressed at the time so this took a lot of strain off of me. I was told that sometimes the body shops will do this kind of thing, but nonetheless I really appreciated Ryan’s great service. It came at just the right time, so hopefully he’ll keep up the good work!

Kirmac repaired my car 3 years ago after I got front end damage and neglected to fix my alignment and only fixed the body, I have been continuously replacing tires as a result and currently trying to get them to fix their work is a joke. This is my second and last time ever bringing my car to this place. The first repair was shoddy also. Unless you want a car in worse shape then before a collision go somewhere else. They don’t warranty the work they missed probably in an effort to avoid having to fix it later.

I took my car in twice on two separate occasions to Kirmac on 1st Ave. I received excellent customer service and car repair jobs both times. My 26 year old Toyota Corolla looks and feels brand new and I am super happy with it. Everyone right from the Receptionist (Sarah), to the Technicians, Mechanics, Agents (Cory) and Management (Kong) were awesome. They explained things to me which was easy to understand which made me feel at ease. They empathized with me and my situation and accomodated me in every reasonable way. They allowed me as much time as I needed to take my car in as I was recently dealing with medical issues. They even got me a small courtesy car so I could easily drive without much frustration; being short has it's limitations. People in the 5'1" and under club" can relate. I am very happy with the overall service from this Kirmac location

Had a great experience at this location getting my windshield fixed. They were fast & efficient & friendly. Didn't have to wait around. They had a little extra time so they gave my car a little detailing. Appreciate that touch. I'll be back in the future. Thank you

I've gone to this Kirmac location twice now and both times were excellent experiences. Adam helped me most recently and was always polite, patient, and very clear in what was going to be done. Timelines and expectations were met and the final result looks fantastic. I'd bring my car to Kirmac again without hesitation.
