Touch Stitch

Not happy with our formal dress results at all. Simply needed to be taken in at the back, and adjust the zipper. Quoted $80. The dress is not taken in properly on the right side, the zipper is exposed, and the bottom of the zipper area has a very large noticeable pucker at the behind, making the her backside look ridiculous.The alteration was also done by hand and is sloppy, the zipper does not go all the way to the top and is uneven at that top point. I contacted with my concern, and also stated I would not be bring the dress back to them to fix the issues, message was read, with no response at all. Not worth the price.

My in laws bought me a beautiful dress that was handcrafted by tailors and took many hours of hand made work. Although when it arrived to me it was very big. I was sad as I wanted to wear this beautiful dress for an event. My in laws told me only a very experienced tailor can fix this. I am happy I went to Ramzy. He somehow fixed the length without taking off any work, and made the dress so beautifully fitted. He is very talented and careful. 10/10

I rarely put good reviews unless the service wows me. Ramzy is an amazing tailor. He cares deeply about his work and he always gives the customers honest advice on the best solution to achieve their goals. On top of all this, he is a very reliable tailor. I have brought in both my graduation dress and my birthday dress to have them both hemmed shorter. Both dresses are made with delicate silk fabric so they both needed to be tailored by hand. They all came out great and I was very impressed and pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Ramzy to everyone who needs a reliable tailor to tailor your clothing. Prices are also very reasonable and affordable.

I’ve used Touch Stitch for a number of alterations and I’m always incredibly happy with their work! I recently thrifted a corset that was too large for me, and they were able to take it in at the back. The stitching looks great and you wouldn’t even know it was altered unless you were looking for it! I would highly recommend Touch Stitch - they’re always very friendly and the work is always high quality.

We have had countless items tailored by Ramzy at touch stitch, everything from suits to bridesmaid dresses and everything has been perfect. You can really see the care that Ramzy takes with the garments. Also, you know if he is the person that Aritzia contracts out to do all of their tailoring he must be good! Will definitely be coming back for anything we need altered in the future.

I cannot say enough about Ramzy! If you're looking for a tailor in the area, this is your place. I took him a dress 5 days before I needed to go on a trip - not only was he able to make it tighter around the top as requested, but he also gave me some more shape! He is very talented, great communication, so nice and great prices. I will definitely be back!

Dropped my bridesmaid dress off that came in later than expected from DB and was on a tight deadline of 2 weeks. I was told by the owner that that would be no problem. Was given a completion timeline of 1 week and he had my dress finished within a day and a half. Will absolutely be using his services again in the future.

A fantastic job under a short timeline and difficult circumstances (I had attempted an alteration myself which didn't work out so well...). He was pleasant and listened well, communicating his professional perspective and opinion in helpful ways. Highly recommend!
