We met Heather at the Fonthill Home show. She was a pleasure to speak with them ( as she continues to be)I had some jewelery that I wasn't wearing,, it was not to my taste at all.Heather gave me a detailed estimate for my jewelry. She was through and professional.We worked together to decide what she would make with jewelry.Heather sent me designs for a ring and a tennis bracelet.I am so pleased with the results. The ring is so beautiful. I couldn't have imagined the results. The tennis bracelet is gorgeous.I highly recommend Fonthill Jewelers. Heather is a well trained professional, and her work shows it.

Working with Heather was such a positive experience as she answered my questions, listened to my design ideas and understood my concerns about having a ring that looked too bridal. Huge shoutout to Heather for turning my dream into a reality ❤️ I had cold called 60-70 jewelers/gold smiths with the idea of someone teaching me how to creating a ring from scratch then allowing me to go into their workshop and use their equipment to create the ring myself. Heather was the only one that would hear me out and truly did her best to teach me everything step by step and update me everything about the ring as anything changed. She gave me an experience I'll never forgetThank you for everything, you're amazing

I recently brought in some rings to be sized, a bracelet and some watches to have their batteries changed. Some of the pieces I brought in are very special to me and I felt very comfortable with level of service I was going to receive along with the care for my pieces. Everything turned out amazing and I am so happy with the level of service that was provided.

My mom and I got a forever link’d bracelet for Mother’s Day and we love them! They had a good selection of different styles and metal options and it was fun and quick. They also offer to weld it back on for free if it ever breaks or if you have to take it off for some reason. Thank you for the great experience!
