Went to my nephew's 1st birthday party. Great little venue! Plenty of room to sit your guests, adjacent kitchen & washrooms and direct access to a fenced play area. The kids loved it! Highly recommend it for a children's birthday party!

This place is still showing its newness after construction.I exercised here for months and arrived around 7pm and I'd say it was not crowded. I was able to work around others and often got use of the equipment I wanted.There's very little to complain about.Sometimes when I wanted to use the gym it was during event times and parking can take some extra time.

It's a good gym a lot of cardio equipment friendly staff. Lots of heavy wieghts I wish they had a better change room and showers.

Incredible place for birthday parties, exercise classes, working out and craft classes for kids. Incredible facility with spin room and full gym.

I drop in to use the gym. Has everything for a great workout ...... Very clean & professional environment. Staff are very helpful & knowledgable..... Also not to busy...... Great facility !!!!

Great atmosphere and staff. Good clean functional equipment. Class hours could be better; very catered to the “stay-at-home”Also really missing showers and a change room. Again, inconvenient for people who work out before work and have to go back home to shower

Bright, clean and has new equipment. This is one of the cleanest and best Township of Langley gyms around. It has three Olympic style weight cage platforms with rubber weights which can be dropped and will not cause excessive noise. The dumbbells here go to 110lbs and the gym has one bench press with other free standing benches which the angle can be adjusted. The rest of the equipment consists of weight machine and some cable machines along with cardio equipment. There is also a separate studio/stretching room.
