When presenting a question to the person behind the counter I have always felt like a sense of how dare you ask that. Also there is an air of rudeness by the same person behind desk. Overall I had two interactions that were not pleasant, so for that reason I will stop going there plus their is a better shop I discovered just the opposite way.

Walked in looking for a piece for my bike and the old man was gambling on his computer, waited about 3-4 minutes at the counter before he stopped to come serve me.I know a bit on bikes and repairing them, and i was just coming to get a piece I needed, but none the less I still had a few questions, every time i would ask a question he would just try to get me to leave so he could return back to his game.He doesn’t even give a receipt at the end of your purchase, he must not declare his taxes at the end of year, pay in credit if you do come here to get your receipt. But you can find better bike shops, i would never trust this shop with my bike.
