Great place. I was 8 dollars short on kitty formula and lucked out as the owner let me off and payed for the rest. Thanks to her, as she basically saved my kitty, as it was to weak to move or drink milk from the mother.

Staff is knowledgeable and go out of their way to help customers. Their products are always the best quality like their Nutrience dog food .Owner is friendly and treats staff and customers like family. SAFE to say we only buy products from Rick's because we support local small buisnesses.

We have had a great experience with this store. Staff are very knowledgeable on all pets which has been super helpful getting our fish tank started. We were steered in the wrong direction when it came to the filters for our tank. Our tank uses 2 different filters and the worker informed us we only needed to use the one. Not the case, we should have known better. Other then that, excellent experience!!

Great pet store. Two locations (Petawawa and Pembroke) Knowledgeable staff, always friendly. They sell birds, fish, lizards, rabbits, gerbils etc... Food for pretty much anything you can think of, and all kinds of pet accessories. I buy all my fish from here and I go in to ask the advice of the staff with regards to which fish would not be a good fit for what we already have

Go there once a week, love it there, staff is awesome and we've gotten to know a few of them well. They are always helpful and will order in things for us to either this specific location or their other locations if they don't have it in stock or are running low and will bring items from other stores to this location for us as well. Good prices. I enjoy it there
