Fantastic!Good for family fun.Lots of games for everyone. Old or young.There is also an actual snooker and table tennis games to be enjoyed.Opened until late night.Dine In also available with large screen TV to watch sports.

I have never seen such an absolutely destroyed bathroom in my entire life. One urinal was cordoned off, the second filled with pee and the floor covered in it, and the remaining one was the kids one, so you'd be peeing all over the top of it. The bathroom stalls were even worse, with one cordoned off, and the disabled one completely missing its door, making it unusable. The remaining one had the toilet paper dispenser broken open and hanging there with the toilet paper roll just rolled out over the floor. Then, after dealing with that disgusting mess, every single soap dispensor was out of soap, so the dispensor just moaned and farted out a couple bubbles. But hey, at least the hand dryers worked.

Great atmosphere and a great place to hang out with friends and family. Decent amount of things to do like the arcade, billiards, eat, etc. The credits are fairly priced, and the games are fun and reasonably priced. This rec room is a lot smaller than the one in south unfortunately. Overall could have more things to do in this place, but for what it is, it has been fun overall, and friendly staff.

Stick to the arcade games; food is deceiving.I should have known that the food at an arcade would not be good, but the deceiving advertisement for their new stone-cooked pizza led me to take the chance. I took a risk, and I was disappointed.Their advertisement displayed a crispy crust wood-fired pizza (see the second photo). However, what was brought to me was a very unappealing pizza.I understand that I should not have expected this pizza to be good, but it is the responsibility of the business to advertise accordingly.On the plus side, the arcade games are pretty fun.

Give Karishma a raise. She was incredible.Had my kid’s birthday party here on short notice and got a great spot. On top of that, our server Karishma was amazing. She was patient and helpful and when some of our guests were late she was very understanding. We even had some food arrive late and she brought us a game card with extra credits on it to make up for it.Excellent experience and we will definitely be back for future parties.

The Rec Room is as okay; Not great.Long story short: It was expensive and the value for your money isn’t good at all.PROS:* It’s in West Edmonton Mall so it’s a large venue;* The games and video games are geared to a variety of ages;* there is a dedicated parking area for the red room. However with it being at WEM the lots are full anyways;* The staff are generally helpful;* There is a restaurant and bar inside the Rec Room so if you wanted to have a meal or a drink while you wait for kids you can do that including watching big screen tv’s.CONS:* It’s expensive. The value is just not there and also the value at each game or arcade game have timers and change values constantly;* Getting to the Rec Room can be difficult as it is kind of hidden in the second floor and it’s not connected to the bowling lanes;* After collecting all of your tickets you find out that there is a VERY limited selection of items to choose from and they are way over valued there as well;* if you or your children are sensitive to flashing lights etc. then this place may be too much for you including sensory overload.

Great place to play and spend a couple hours. My son love to go here. The service has always been great. You can have alcoholic beverages while you play games too. Only knock are their nachos. They were pricey, small in size and the extra seasoning was very salty.

There was a rude server, of Asian descent with blonde streaks who did not say hi when coming to our table, did not tell us her name. Walked away from us after we were not done ordering or asking questions. She works at the bar side of the Rec room. She did not acknowledge us at all while walking towards our table and took a long while to get back to our table when there was hardly any customers in the area. We found extremely rude and were disappointed and left.

Went here for a friend's bday. Food was surprisingly great. Fair prices, good portions, and tasted decent.When we went to go play games, we weren't sure if we pay and leave or if we were leaving our stuff here and coming back. The server assured us we just come back to our table and we still have the table for 2 more hrs.We walked around and didn't really see any games we wanted to play. It was a bit disappointing. We came back to the table and someone was at our table and started arguing with us about how it was her table. Another server (?) tried to give our table away. It was eventually sorted out and we got to keep our table.When we paid our split bill, everything was wrong. My friends got my order put on theirs and vice versa, but not in a way where we could just swap receipts.. I think I'll just stick with Ed's rec room in WEM.

Loves the experience. Came on referral. No regrets. Great space. Good location and hours. Tonnes of great staff. Friendly staff. The restaurant was good too. The fish tacos were excellent. Pizza was ok. Refillable pop was nice.Downside: lots of broken or out of service games. Only one basket ball game out of 4 operational for example.The calamari was so salty we couldn’t eat it (they sorted that out for us right away)We would recommend and will return.Thanks Jonathan. Stand place. Stand up people.
