The RN I met with not only provided excellent care, but she also provided detailed information about the prescriptions and the travel clinic process.

Was able to book an initial consult online, which was very easy and convenient. The NP was very friendly and open. The vaccines and meds they prescribe are only recommendations, and they say that in the finer print- you don't have to take everything, but do further research to see if you really need everything.The office is at a convenient location fairly close to the subway. The NP was friendly and efficient. If you're travelling abroad, especially to a developing nation, I would recommend coming here a few weeks prior to your trip.

Efficient, helpful, informed Nurse Practitioner who gave me excellent advice on things I hadn't even thought of in terms of preparing for travel to Egypt and Africa. Would highly recommend this clinic. Many thanks.

We had an appointment with Dawn for my son and she as very efficient and thorough in explaining the options and recommended vaccines. She also took the time to answer our questions. Overall a very good experience.

Great service but beware that some private insurance companies will not cover for any vaccines prescribed by a nurse. It needs to be prescribed my a doctor. Really wish I knew this. Also get tablets in lieu of vaccines if possible, they are more likely to be covered by private insurance. Really wish she told me that. Come with your immunization record ready otherwise you’ll be paying for shots that you may already have.

The appointment was easy to book. the nurse practitioner was amazing. she called me after the appointment with additional information regarding my allergies after she had researched more. I would definitely recommend Summit travel. I utilized the Etobicoke office.

Absolutely atrocious experience. The receptionist is extremely rude and doesn't know anything about how to speak to a customer. He spoke as though we were doing a favour to him by going to his clinic. One of the worst places I've interacted with.

Easy to book, convenient locations, knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. From my understanding they are also working towards building patient profiles to make it easier for patients to plan and manage their respective trips. Only downfall is that certain vaccines that are covered under OHIP via your family doctor may cost you here.

To start the review, I had good experience with this travel clincic. It’s easy to book over the phone, the registered nurse is very professional, and the clinic runs efficiently. My complain is after I submitted my insurance claim and realized that for each vaccine i got, they charge way over what is allowed for according to Ontario drug price (drug cost plus reasonable markup for clinic or pharmacy ). I paid 40 dollars premium for each of the vaccine I got( Avaxim for hepatitis A, polio, mennactra, vivitif) I have 4 different vaccines and that’s equivalent to almost 200 dollars that is not insured because it’s deemed not customary and I have to pay out of pocket.Please be aware of the drug price they will charge you, confirm with your insurance company first and decide if makes sense to have their service.

My experience with Summit Travel was excellent. Their personnel were kind and courteous both in person and over the phone. I was seen quickly and got the information and prescriptions I needed. Did not feel rushed. Price of consult is very reasonable.
