My brake service was very professionally handled. They took the time to go through what was needed to be done on my vehicle. I felt they were very honest on the cost of work done.

I'm so grateful to have Budget Break & Muffler in our neighborhood. They have been so helpful with our Holloway Painting Vehicles and my little blue bomber. Aran and the whole team are so kind and quicky to get our repairs done. I would recommend Budget to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working auto center in South Surrey.

I had to tow my vehicle here today with the knowledge that they may not be able to work on my car for a couple days.however I had no other option. I got a call before closing explaining what needed to be done and that they’d stay a little bit longer after closing to help get it done same day. That kindness saved a week of disruption for a family.They are so incredibly friendly at this location. The crew at Budget recently did an A/C Service on 2 of my vehicles and an oil change on another.They communicate well, treat you very fairly and are very good at what they do. No drama, no stories, no excuses, they always do a good job.

First I went there for brake service, and I was told that i have to change all components; calipers, rotors and pads. Brakes are a matter of safety and i agreed. Paid well over 800 bucks. The job din not last for 4 months. Had to spent almost same amount for same thing within 4 months. Another time, before the brake system they installed had failed, I went there for exhaust system. I had no idea about the issue. So I paid 1200 plus bucks. Couple of months later, I met another mechanic and told him about the job and he said it should not have cost more than 600 bucks. When i repaired the exhaust system, i had also asked them about the cost of changing the passenger side control arm and they said it will cost 700 bucks. This time i chose to stop doing repairs with them. Surprisingly, another independent mechanic changed the control arm for less than 300 bucks. In summery, they rip you off, they do a poor job and they suck. Try to find a trustworthy independent mechanic instead of going to the dealers and franchise locations, and you will save a lot of money for the same or better quality of repairs.

They had the best price for a weld/muffler repair on my Sprinter.. staff were nice, knowledgeable and showed me more issues I was not aware of. I highly recommend them. Thanks, team!

Fantastic service and friendly staff. I read the reviews prior to taking my wife's car there and wasn't disappointed. Will definitely be taking both our vehicles there from now on. They didn't try selling me a load of stuff I didn't need, just honest hard working people. A shame there's not more like them around. Big thankful 5 stars to them.

So impressed with this place! They definitely have a loyal customer now. Respectful, friendly, professionals delivering cost-effective service. I just moved to the area and am so glad I found them. Certainly deserving of the accolades they receive.

First off, the White Rock branch of Budget was recommended by two people: one a mechanic who did not have the time to do my repairs and another by a friend who had service done by that Budget location.My 2012 Ford Edge needed two front wheel bearings replaced. They gave me a quote and said they would update me on progress of the repairs. It turned out there was a problem removing one terribly seized and rusted bearing and an additional cost of $120 may be required if they were not able to remove it in the conventional manner (aka more labour time required). They did need a little more time, but discounted that extra labour to keep their original quote intact! Honesty and Integrity! I like that.My car was finished in the time frame quoted and I am extremely happy with the nice quiet ride I have with my Ford now.The personnel at the White Rock Budget location are very helpful, honest and deliver great service. They definitely keep the customer at the top of their priority list. I highly recommend this company for any auto repairs you may need..

Went there for an emergency brake replacement for my vehicle which had to be towed. They are busy, yet they gladly accommodated. They did a stellar job and returned my car the same day! I only have good things to say.
