The young man that came to fix our dryer was so helpful and went above and beyond! Gave us recommendations for other repairs we need. So glad we made the call. Highly recommend. Have never received this level of service! Wish we could leave 6 stars.

John and Paul quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine and got it fixed and the whole appointment only took about an hour. They were very professional and knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. I learned a few things from them that day and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

John is very knowledgeable and profesional, he quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it very fast. Also he explained everything about the issue and what he had to do to solve it. Apart from that he was very patient and polite while we was waiting for the landlord authorization, and he even was very nice with my dog that was curious about him. Highly recommended!!!

I called fix it right appliance repair around 10 am and they were able to send a technician on the same day ! Mike the technician diagnosed my washer not draining in 10 minutes and charge me only labour to clear the drain system I’m very happy with the honesty and with this company everything went smooth from the beginning thank you very much fix it right I will definitely will recommend to my family and friends and I definitely recommend for other to have my experience ! Happy holidays thank you.

Absolutely recommend! John was very professional, polite, informed me of the issue with my washer. Explained how to be fixed, how much it will be. He worked fast and left everything very clean. Great service! Saved me from buying a new washer dryer combo!
