Pleasantly surprized! Comfortable rooms, and a modern bathroom. The Resto Pub has great food, and service was excellent! The restaurant is not open yet. We enjoyed our stay there.

We, 2 couples, stayed for2 nights. Upon arrival we found that our room was set up for 2 people. Not enough coffee, mugs, glasses, towels. And no microwave as advertised. When we contacted the front desk they would not or could not provide us with additional services. After returning from our touring of the Gaspé peninsula we found that our room had not been cleaned meaning not only did we not have enough mugs etc but it was all dirty. The hotel refused to help us. For $200 a night quite possibly the worst hotel stay ever.

Wonderful hotel with restaurant. Food was plated well and tasted great. Bilingual staff present at all times. Our room had heated bathroom floors and one of the best beds we've ever slept on in an hotel.

Nice spacious rooms with balconies overlooking a pristine river. Walking trails. Too bad the highway 132 is very close, bringing in unnecessary noise, but it’s still a great place for pit-stop or couple nights.

This review surrounds a lunch in the bar. Service was excellent and friendly - very quick and timely. Food was great and everyone at the table enjoyed. Great for a business lunch when in the area.

Do not stay here on a snowmobile trip. We booked a package with the hotel that was to include dinner and breakfast weell in advance of the date. When we arrived we were told that they did not offer the package and the restaurant was closed. The restaurant was not closed but was in fact booked for a private party and was packed serving meals and drinks.....just not to people who made reservations and plans. The receptionist was unapologetic, ignorant and argumentative. I clearly did not invent a price or package content but they did not care at all. There are many places to stay on a loop tour so take this place off your list for sure.
