I was at the shop yesterday because I've been having a problem with a stove we bought from them years ago, he must have been in a cranky mood cos he was very rude interrupting me while I was answering his question. Then I asked if they have a technician they could send out, he said they do not have a technician, so if you buy a pellet stove from them be prepared to fix and maintain it yourself, thankfully it's not my only heat option.

Whenever I go there, employees never even acknowledge my presence. If I need help I have to get there attention. A couple of times I was looking for a specific item. The guy never got out of his chair. He pointed, gave me right and left directions to find my item. Just seem to not care. Now this is not once, twice or even three times. If there was another place I would go there.

Very friendly and easy to work with. He has some funny stories to tell. He delivers which makes it great cause those pellets be heavy. Walk into a very homey show room when you go through the door.
